About Brian Emmerich

The best thing about working in real estate is helping protect the people who trust you to steer them correctly with one of the biggest decisions they will make in life
I am lucky enough to be helping people in this my 16th year in real estate.
In that time I have experience with hundreds of transactions
First time homebuyers are particularly vulnerable and deserve the highest degree of protection you can afford them. That happens to be my specialty.
The most important advice you can give first time homebuyers is to be very patient.
If I am doing my job correctly I help tutor them in understanding how to prioritize the most important criteria that suit them and their decision.
These days I enjoy spending time with my best friends. Can't get that time later.
I love all the Chicagoland areas. Chicago is a great metro area with many features that you really can't find elsewhere.
Depending on the way you want to take advantage of the city you have so many options on where to call home.
A lot of folks are surprised to hear that Arlington Heights has one of the largest stacks libraries in the state. This excludes academic libraries, but still.
Of course if you are a Bears fan, as you are supposed to be, Payton's Hill (aka Nickoll Knoll) as a terrific park. Which leads to another amazing feature of Arlington Heights...the Park District
I am a resident of Arlington Heights since 1984. I have been very engaged in the community. I have mentored 100's of junior high and high school students through sacramental preparation.
I have coached approximately 35 seasons of youth sports, I was very active in the Arlington Heights Chamber of Commerce for many years.
My clients all realize that I always put their best interests before my own. That is my underlying philosophy for conducting this business.
